Composition of Medium-Frequency Induction Melting Furnace:
- Basic Components: Medium frequency induction heating power supply, melting furnace, and compensation capacitor box. Depending on the application requirements, it may also include infrared thermometers, temperature controllers, etc. Melting furnaces are divided into three types: tilting melting furnaces, top-loading melting furnaces, and stationary melting furnaces. Tilting melting furnaces can be further classified according to the tilting method into hand-cranked mechanical tilting furnaces, electric tilting furnaces, and hydraulic tilting furnaces.
- Under normal circumstances, the medium frequency power supply and capacitor box are connected by a coaxial cable, and the capacitor box and melting furnace are connected by a water-cooled cable.

- Wide frequency range, from 1kHz to 20kHz. The induction coil and matching compensation capacitor can be designed to comprehensively consider factors such as melting capacity, electromagnetic stirring effect, heating efficiency, and noise during operation, thus determining the output frequency.
